Why use Mycorrhizal fungi
Mycorrhizal fungi colonize the root system of the woody plant and spread into the soil. Thanks to the symbiotic relationship, the tree supplies sugars to the fungi, and the fungi in turn bring nutrients and water from places where the roots are not located. In this way, mycorrhiza increases the nutrient reach of the roots severalfold.
